Sayantan has over 18 years of experience in the market research and KPO industry, specializing in client acquisition and retention, research operations, and process improvement. At Markelytics, Sayantan leads the global client engagement and sales team for North America and Europe to help attain brand recognition and pursue growth momentum. He is also instrumental in shaping the next five-year plan for Markelytics and help refine its portfolio of products and services.  

In his previous roles with Borderless Access, Globaldata, and Evalueserve, Sayantan has initiated and managed key client relationships, induced substantial growth, and managed large-scale cross-functional projects. He has worked across different verticals, including Technology, Consumer Goods, and Healthcare, focusing on creating enduring client relationships. A Bachelor of Science, Sayantan is an avid learner and leaps at every opportunity to integrate technology with business objectives.
